Well, there’s been a lot of 12-15 hour days of late, making a big push to get the house ready for opening - realistically it’ll be end of April/beginning of May before we’re ready to welcome guests - but at last the fruits of our labour are beginning to show. The house is looking magic!

It seems a very long time ago since I did all the ripping out work, and it’s a real boost to at last see the bathroom suites going in.
With all the renovation work taking over our lives these days, I’ve not even looked at my bike for weeks! I don’t think vigorous wallpapering and painting counts as real exercise, but it’s about as close as I’ll get to a cardiovascular workout until the house is ready to let out.
